Main Menu Structure The Autolaunch Lineal Optimiser is numerically menu driven, the help here lists a full description of each menu choice. Main Menu Please click on a menu option below   1 Create, Edit or Process jobs 2 Read/amend Optimiser defaults 3 Read/amend Part descriptions 4 5 Change data directories (PSW) 6 Set personal preferences 7 Leave the lineal Optimiser From Optimiser Main Menu - Option 1 Create, Edit and Process jobs This option leads to the Create and Edit Jobs menu. From here, jobs and cutting lists are created, automatically saved, edited, and printed. Also old jobs or bars no longer required can be deleted and cutting optimisation can be viewed on screen. Create, Edit and Process jobs Please click on a menu option below     1 Create another bar to cut 2 Edit an existing bar 3 ** Load a previous job ** 4 Start a brand new job 5 ------ Delete job ----- 6 Show optimisation on screen 7 Print optimisation reports 8** ****** Delete bar ******* 9 View/print last summary report 10 Return to Main Menu From Optimiser Main Menu - Option 2 Read/amend Optimiser Defaults This option leads to the Parts and Defaults Editor menu. Here new standard parts can be created that become available from a drop down menu when creating a new cutting job. Likewise, your standard colours/ material grades and default optional end cutting preparation text labels can be set. There is also an opportunity to delete the entire standard parts list, handy for removing the parts list which came as standard when the optimiser was first installed. Read/amend Parts & Defaults Menu Please click on a menu option below     1 Create/amend standard bar 2 Read/amend default values 3 Change default finishes 4 Change default bar end prep 5 *Delete entire parts list * 6 View/print parts and defaults 7 Change Password 8 Set personal preferences 9 Return to Lineal Optimiser Menu From Optimiser Main Menu - Option 6 Set Personal Preferences or From Parts and Defaults Editor - Option 8 Set Personal Preferences This option leads to the Set Personal Preferences Menu. Most of the options are cosmetic choices but the very important printer driver setup is controlled from here. Your company name can also be set up, which will appear on all the print outs. Set Personal Preferences Please click on a menu option below   1 Screen Colours 2 Select/amend printer drivers 3 Name and Address 4 Change screen saver settings 5 Change Caps & Num lock 6 Change box shadow status 7 Leave Personal Preferences Return to Parts and Defaults Menu Return to Main Menu   From Optimiser Main Menu - Option 7 Leave the Lineal Optimiser   This option terminates the Autolaunch Lineal Optimiser.
